St. Nicolas of the Snows – JP3121

There is a hush over forest and fields. Frost turns the bare branches and sparse grasses to silvery white tendrils. In the midst of softly falling snows our thoughts turn to memories of the Christmas festivities when we welcome the traditions surrounding the blessed celebration of Christ’s birth. St. Nicholas, or Father Christmas, has been a beloved tradition and we always enjoy painting him.
